Steve KrigbaumThe founder and Managing Partner of Omnivore Executive Search LLC, brings over 20 years of executive search experience to the table. Steve and his team execute engagements to fill senior and executive-level leadership positions with major consumer products manufacturers and distributors both nationally and internationally. Focusing primarily on consumer durables companies, he has significant expertise in the Office Products; Hardware, Tools & Building Materials; Sporting Goods & Outdoor Products; and Toy & Juvenile Products Industries. Steve conducts search assignments at the General Management (President, Divisional President, etc.), Vice President, Director and Manager-levels to fulfill functional needs within sales, marketing, operations, engineering, and human resources. He has full responsibility for client development, account management and search execution. Steve launched Omnivore after six years with Chicago-based retained search stalwart, Cook Associates. At Cook, Steve was Vice President of the Consumer Products Practice. Prior to Cook, he spent nine years as an information systems and business process consultant for Fortune 500 companies, five of those nine years representing ‘Big 5’ accounting and management consulting firm, Price Waterhouse. His ERP software implementation experience – focusing on supply chain & operations – earned him valuable insight into the sales and distribution practices of major corporations in a variety of industries. Steve is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison and holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.

Kim LowdenKim Lowden has accrued 30 prolific years of executive search experience beginning in 1989 when she developed the Nationwide Recruitment Network for the Society of Professional Journalists. Kim then moved on to Chicago-based, Cook Associates, a retained executive search and M&A advisory services firm. At Cook, Kim was a top-producing Vice President in its Consumer Products search practice and now, for the last 16 years, she has been a Partner at Omnivore. Her early career included a buying position for Ace Hardware, then a National Sales Management role for a wholesaler, as well as being General Manager for a new-concept, high-end business in The Loop. Most importantly, Kim has a stellar reputation as a hard working and honest recruiter. She is considered a trusted colleague, collaborator and professional advisor to numerous consumer products companies and candidates. The reason that people have used her services time and time again is because they trust her character and respect her intuitive ability to put the right candidate in the right position. While at Cook Associates, a member of its senior management team wrote “Kim exemplifies the words commitment, dedication and focus.” Kim earned a Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
